frequently asked questions
Where do you provide services?
We provide virtual services across the United States. In North Texas we are available to do on-site consulting, meetings, and visits. If necessary, on-site services outside of the North Texas region can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Who are your clients?
We work with a wide array of clients. Most homeowners or builders we support are seeking out practices, materials and contractors that have an environmental and health-conscious approach to the work. A number of our clients simply want to create a clean and safe home. Many of our clients identify as having multiple chemical sensitivities (MCS), mold sensitivities or related health issues.
Do you actually build my home?
In Texas, we do serve as the General Contractor (GC) for a small number of select projects. But, a majority of our work is integrating our services with existing project teams (GC’s, subcontractors, architects, master trades, homeowners, etc.). This is a seamless process, as we are positioned to work directly with traditional contractors. The nexus between project managers and the homeowner has become our “sweet spot”. This allows us to provide a positive impact for many more homes and their inhabitants.
Do you only work on new builds?
No. We support all projects related to the residential setting. While we do work on new builds, we work on renovations, room/kitchen/bathroom remodels, home additions, etc. We also work with any homeowner looking to reduce toxic exposure and sustainable products and practices in their existing or new home.
Okay, but what if I am not remodeling or building and just want to improve my home health?
That’s phenomenal, we work with folks just like you too. Give us a call and we will see if our services can be of assistance.
